REFLECTIONS:

“6 IX 1937. Today I have the change of task, from the garden to the desert of the door [338]. I went to talk for a moment with the LORD, I have asked Him for the blessing and the Grace to faithfully fulfill the task that was assigned to me I heard these words: – My daughter, I am always with you; I have given you the possibility to exercise yourself in the works of Mercy that you will do in accordance with obedience. You will give Me great pleasure if every day, at nightfall, you speak to Me especially about this duty. I have felt that JESUS had given me a new Grace for this work, but despite this I have hidden myself more deeply in his Heart”. (Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 1267).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask for the Grace to always be obedient to the Will of the LORD and to do everything with the heart.

– Let us pray for the servants of the LORD so that everyone seeks first what pleases the Lord, always renouncing self-love.

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Do not end the day without doing at least one work of Mercy.

– Pray the Chaplet to Divine Mercy.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy.

– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

“Oh my JESUS, when will we look at souls for higher motives? When will our judgments be credible? You offer us the opportunity to exercise ourselves in works of Mercy and we exercise ourselves in judgments. Have Mercy on us and increase our confidence “. (cf. Diary 1269).

Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only hope in You. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!
