Daily Reflections, supplications and prayers

1. Reflection:
(24) 1933. On one occasion I heard these words in my soul. Make a novena for your country. This novena will consist of the recitation of the Litany of the Saints. Ask your confessor for permission {probably Father Sopocko or Father Andrasz].
60 I received permission at my next confession and began the novena that very evening. Towards the end of the litany I saw a great radiance and, in the midst of it, God the Father. Between this radiance and the earth I saw Jesus, nailed to the Cross in such a way that when God wanted to look at the earth, He had to look through the wounds of Jesus. And I understood that it was for the sake of Jesus that God blesses the earth (Saint María Faustina Kowalska, Divine Mercy in My Soul, Diary, 59 – 60).
2. Supplications:
- Let us ask the Lord for the Grace to invoke the intercession of the Saints with confidence.
- Let us pray for peace in nations in conflict.
- Let us ask the Lord to have commiseration of our suffering humanity and for the end of the spread of COVID-19 throughout the world,
- For the souls in purgatory,
- For our suffering humanity and for our personal intentions.
3. Resolutions of the day:
Always trust in the Lord.
4. Final Prayer:
Oh my JESUS, despite the dark night around me, and the dark clouds that cover my horizon, I know that the sun will not turn off. Oh LORD, although I cannot understand You, nor do I understand Your actions, I trust, however in Your Mercy. Oh My Good Merciful Jesus, King of Mercy, I trust in You, and only in you I Hope. Amen. Jesus I Trust in You (Diary, 73).
