REFLECTION:

23 VI [1937]. While I was praying before the BLESSED SACRAMENT, suddenly my physical sufferings disappeared and I heard a voice in my soul: Since in an instant I can give you everything, I am not subject to any law.

24 VI [1937]. After Holy Communion I heard these words: You must know, My Daughter, that in a single moment I can give you everything you need to complete this work. After these words, a singular light has remained in my soul and all the demands of GOD seem so simple to me that even a small child could fulfill them. (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 1153).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask for the Grace to bring our needs closer to the King of Mercy with confidence and certainty of receiving his response, according to His will.

– Let us pray for those who seek happiness in wrong paths.

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Ask the LORD for the Grace to let myself be served by the King of Mercy as His instrument.

– Pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy.

– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

Oh JESUS, lying on the cross, I beg you to grant me the Grace to faithfully fulfill the Most Holy Will of your FATHER, in all things, always and everywhere. And when this Will of GOD seems heavy and difficult for me to fulfill, it is then that I beg you, JESUS, that strength and fortitude may flow upon me from your wounds and that my lips repeat: Your Will Be Done, LORD. Oh Savior of the world, Lover of Human Salvation, [you] who between terrible torments and pain, forgot Yourself to think about the Salvation of souls, most compassionate JESUS, grant me the Grace to forget myself so that I can live totally for souls, helping You in the work of Salvation, according to the Most Holy Will of Your FATHER. (Diary, 1265).

Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS, I TRUST IN YOU!
