- REFLECTION:
“Where there is true virtue, there must also be sacrifice; all life must be a sacrifice. Souls can be useful only through sacrifice. My relationships with others can bring Glory to GOD through the sacrifice of myself; however, in this sacrifice there must be the love of GOD, since in it everything is centered and acquires value” (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 1358).
- SUPPLICATIONS:
– Let us ask the LORD for the Grace of doing everything with love and for love of the King of Mercy.
– Let us ask for the Grace to grow in the main virtues necessary to live a true spiritual childhood.
– For our suffering humanity.
– For the souls in Purgatory.
– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.
– For our Holy Catholic Church.
– For our personal intentions.
- PURPOSE OF THE DAY:
– Pray the Via Crucis.
– Pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.
– Respect the Hour of Mercy.
– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.
- CLOSING PRAYER:
“My JESUS, guide my mind, take absolute possession of my entire being, enclose me in the depths of Your Heart and protect me from the assault of the enemy. In You, all my hope. Speak through my mouth when I, absolute misery, am with the powerful and the wise so that they recognize that this cause is Yours and comes from You.” (Diary 76).
Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST YOU!
