REFLECTION:

“Thursday. During the afternoon worship, I saw. to JESUS scourged and martyred who told me: – My daughter, I wish you to depend on the confessor in the smallest things. Your greatest sacrifices do not please me if you make them without the permission (94) of the confessor and, on the contrary, the smallest sacrifice has great importance in my eyes if it has the permission of the confessor. The greatest works have no importance in my eyes if they are the result of my own will and many times they do not agree with My Will, deserving rather a punishment and not a reward; while the smallest action of yours with the permission of the confessor is pleasing to my eyes and is intensely dear to me. Convince yourself of this forever, watch unceasingly because all hell is bent against you because of this work, since many souls will distance themselves from the mouth of hell and glorify My Mercy. But do not be afraid of anything, because I am with you; You must know that by yourself you can do nothing”. (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 639).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask for the Grace to glorify the LORD with our lives and in small actions, but full of pure love, for the glory of GOD and the good of souls.

– Pray for our confessors, so that they may be true instruments of the LORD who help us progress seriously on our path toward perfection.

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Be obedient to the confessor and perform each action (work) with the heart and pure love.

– Pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy.

– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

“Oh my JESUS, Your goodness surpasses all intelligence, and no one will exhaust Your Mercy. Perdition for (88) the soul that wants to be lost, because for those who want to be saved, for them it is the inexhaustible sea of Mercy of the LORD. How can a small container contain itself an unfathomable sea?”. (Diary 631).

Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST YOU!
