REFLECTION:

“Pure love is capable of great undertakings and is not destroyed by difficulties or setbacks. If love [is] strong [despite] great difficulties, it is also persevering in everyday, gray, monotonous life. He knows that, to please GOD, one thing is necessary, that is to do the smallest things with great love, love and always love.

Pure love does not make mistakes, it has singularly much light and will not do anything that does not please GOD. The love is ingenious in doing what is most pleasing to GOD and there is no one equal to it; It is happy when it can annihilate itself and burn like a pure sacrifice. The more it gives itself, the happier it is. Furthermore, no one knows how to sense dangers from as far away as it does; “It knows how to remove the mask and it knows who is dealing with it.” (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 140).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Have I ever thought that if my actions do not have any seal of pure love, they cannot please the LORD?

– Why do I always fail in everything I do, do I not achieve peace and cannot do it with serenity?

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Act with humility and always leaving a mark of pure love in every action of the day and of my life.

– Pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy.

– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

“Oh JESUS, I understand that Your Mercy goes beyond imagination and therefore I beg You to make my heart so big that it can contain the needs of all the souls that live on the entire face of the earth. Oh JESUS, my love is it extends beyond, even to the souls that suffer in Purgatory, and I want to express my mercy towards them through the prayers that have indulgences. Divine Mercy is unfathomable and inexhaustible, as GOD Himself is unfathomable. Even if I used energetic words to express Divine Mercy, all this would be nothing compared to what it really is. Oh JESUS, make my heart sensitive to all the sufferings of my neighbor, whether of body or soul. Oh my JESUS, I know that You behave with us as we behave with the neighbor. Oh my JESUS, make my heart like Your merciful Heart. JESUS, help me go through life doing good to everyone.” (Diary 692).

Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!
