REFLECTION:

“(256) 19 I 1937. At this present moment my life passes in a silent knowledge [of the Presence] of GOD. My silent soul lives from Him, and this conscious life of GOD in my soul is for me a source of happiness and strength. I do not seek happiness outside the depths of my soul, where GOD dwells, I am aware of it. I feel a need to give myself to others, I have discovered in the soul the source of happiness, that is, GOD. Oh my GOD, I see that everything around me is filled with GOD and above all my soul adorned with the Grace of GOD. I am now beginning to live from what I will live from in eternity”. (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 887).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask to the LORD for the Grace to avoid seeking happiness outside the depths of my soul.

– Let us ask for the Grace of having GOD within me.

– Let us pray for those who seek happiness in wrong paths.

– Let us pray for sick children and abandoned elderly people.

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Have my heart only for GOD.

– Pray the Meditated Divine Mercy Chaplet pdf.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy.

– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

“5 II 1937. Oh my JESUS, despite everything, I ardently desire to unite with You. Oh JESUS, if it is possible, take me to You, because it seems to me that my heart will burst for wanting You so much”. (Diary, 918) Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST YOU!
