REFLECTION:

“One day I saw two roads: a wide road, covered with sand and flowers, full of joy and music and other entertainment. People went down this path dancing and having fun, they reached the end without realizing that it was already the end. But at the end of the road there was a frightening precipice, that is, the infernal abyss. Those souls fell blindly into that abyss; As they came, they fell. And they were so numerous that it was impossible to count them. And I also saw another road, or rather a path, because it was narrow and covered with thorns and stones, and the people who walked along it [had] tears in their eyes and suffered various pains. Some fell on the stones, but immediately got up and continued walking. And at the end of the path there was a splendid garden, full of all kinds of happiness and all those souls entered there. Immediately, from the first moment they forgot their sufferings”. (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my Soul, Diary, 153).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask to the LORD for the Grace to always choose the path of truth and life despite the difficulties.

– Let us ask to the LORD for the Grace to recognize that the King of Mercy is our Only Master who always guides our actions and our path.

– Pray for those who feel abandoned by the King of Mercy during their sufferings, so that they know that suffering does not have the last word in our lives.

– Pray for priests and religious, so that the LORD increases faith and trust in them.

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Offer my fast for those who freely choose the path of perdition.

– Pray the Meditated Divine Mercy Chaplet pdf.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy.

– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

“All the powers of the world and of all hell are nothing to me, everything has to fall before the power of your name. I leave everything in Your hands, oh LORD and my GOD. Only guide of my soul, direct me according to Your eternal wishes”. (cf. Diary 858).

Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!
