REFLECTION:

“On one occasion I saw Satan who was in a hurry and was looking for someone among the sisters, but he could not find her. I felt in my soul the inspiration to order him in the name of GOD to tell me who he was looking for among the sisters. And he confessed, although reluctantly: I look for lazy souls. When I again ordered him in the name of GOD to tell me which souls in the convent he had the easiest access to, he reluctantly confessed again: To the lazy and idle souls. I noticed that there are currently no such souls in the convent. May the souls weary and overwhelmed by work rejoice” (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 1127).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask for the Grace of spending time with the LORD so that we do not have to lose the LORD over time.

– Let us ask for the Grace to always enclose ourselves in the Heart of JESUS in the face of temptations.

– Let us pray the LORD for those who are under the influence of the evil one.

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Give up laziness and every opportunity to fall.

– Pray the Meditated Divine Mercy Chaplet pdf.

– Respect the hour of Mercy.

– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

“Oh JESUS, I wish to live in the present moment, to live as if this day were the last of my life: to zealously take advantage of every moment for the greater glory of GOD, to enjoy every circumstance so that the soul benefits. See everything from the point of view that without the will of GOD nothing happens.” (cf. Diary 1183).

Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!
