Daily Reflections, Supplications and Prayers

  1. REFLECTION:

During the sufferings I do not seek help from creatures, but GOD is everything to me, although sometimes it seems to me that the LORD does not listen to me either. I arm myself with patience and silence, like the dove that does not complain or show pain when its little ones are taken from it. I want to fly into the heat of the sun itself and I do not want to stop in the smoke and mist. I will not get tired, because I have leaned on You, my strength!

I ardently pray to the LORD to deign to strengthen my faith so that in my gray daily life I am not guided according to human considerations, but according to the spirit. Oh, how everything draws man to earth, but a living faith keeps the soul in a higher sphere and assigns self-love its rightful place, that is, the last. (Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Journal, 209-210).

  1. CLOSING PRAYER:

Oh Eternal GOD, in whom Mercy is infinite and the treasure of compassion inexhaustible, turn to us Your kind gaze and increase Your Mercy in us, so that in difficult moments we do not despair or become discouraged, but, with great confidence, we let us submit to Your Holy Will, which is Love and Mercy Themselves. (cf. Diary, 950).

Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!
