REFLECTION:

“22 III 1937. Today, while speaking with a certain person, I learned that her soul suffered a lot, although on the outside she pretended that she did not suffer anything and that she was happy. And I felt an inspiration to tell her that what tormented her was a temptation. When I revealed to her what was tormenting herself, she burst into tears and said that was precisely why she came to talk to me, because she felt that it would relieve her. The suffering consisted in the fact that, on the one hand, that soul was attracted by the Grace of GOD, and on the other, by the world. She suffered a tremendous struggle until she burst into tears like a little girl; “She retired relieved and at peace.” (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 1031).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask for the Grace to always open our hearts to the LORD.

– Let us ask for the Grace of having the wisdom to help those who suffer and who need words of encouragement.

– Ask for the Grace of always finding the response of the LORD to temptations.

– Pray for those who go through moments of stress so that they enjoy the comfort of the King of Mercy.

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Avoid arguing with temptations.

– Pray the Meditated Divine Mercy Chaplet pdf.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy.

– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

“About everything except You, JESUS. And if they speak little, surely they will not think anything; they take care of the whole world, but about You, Oh CREATOR, silence. I become sad, Oh JESUS, when I see this immense indifference and ingratitude of creatures. Oh my JESUS, I wish to love You for them and compensate You with my love. (cf. Diary 804). Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You, and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!
