REFLECTION:

“At night a great longing took over my soul. I took the brochure [275] with the image of merciful JESUS and I pressed it to my heart and these words escaped from my soul: JESUS, Eternal Love, for You I live, for I die for You and I wish to join You. Suddenly I saw the LORD in His inconceivable beauty who looked at me benignly and said: (233) – My daughter, I too, for love to you, have come down from heaven, for you I have lived, for you I have died and for you I have created the heavens. And He embraced me to His Heart and said to me: – In a little while; be calm, My daughter. When I was left alone, my soul was inflamed with the desire to suffer until the moment when the LORD would say: Enough. And even if I had to live thousands of years, in the light of GOD I see that it is only a moment…”. (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 853).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask for the Grace to recognize that our LORD JESUS CHRIST loves us with an eternal love.

– Let us ask for the Grace to go to the LORD with confidence.

– Let us pray the LORD for the sick who have lost the joy of living.

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Feel the embrace of the LORD and depend on His Mercy.

– Pray the Meditated Divine Mercy Chaplet pdf.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy.

– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

“Oh sweetest JESUS, who has deigned to allow me, miserable one, to know this unfathomable Mercy of Yours; of Your merciful Heart, that is, Blood and Water, and I pour them out over the entire face of the earth so that every soul may experience Your Mercy and, upon experiencing it, adore It for infinite centuries. Oh JESUS, sweetest in Your inconceivable goodness. You have deigned to unite my miserable heart to Your most merciful Heart, for then it is with Your own Heart that I adore our GOD the FATHER, as no soul has ever adored Him”. (cf. Diary 836).

Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!
