- REFLECTION:
“(39) Let the greatest sinners [put] their trust in My Mercy. They more than anyone have the right to trust in the abyss of My mercy. My daughter, write about My Mercy for afflicted souls. I am delighted by the souls who resort to My Mercy. To these souls I grant graces above what they ask for. I cannot punish even the greatest sinner if he pleads for My mercy, but I justify him in My unfathomable and impenetrable Mercy. Write: Before coming as a just judge I open wide the door of My Mercy. Whoever does not want to go through the door of My Mercy, must go through the door of My justice…” (Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 1146).
2.SUPPLICATIONS:
– Let us ask for the Grace to live from the Mercy of the LORD.
– Let us pray for the sick and for all those who suffer but do not trust the King of Mercy.
– For our suffering humanity.
– For the souls in Purgatory.
– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.
– For our Holy Catholic Church.
– For our personal intentions.
- PURPOSE OF THE DAY:
– Let me be loved by the King of Mercy.
– Pray the Chaplet to the Divine Mercy.
– Respect the Hour of Mercy.
– Seek to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.
CLOSING PRAYER:
“…Oh GOD of unfathomable Mercy, embrace the whole world and pour yourself out on us through the pious Heart of JESUS”. (Diary, 1183).
Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!
