REFLECTION:

“A vision of the Blessed Virgin. In a great light I saw the Blessed Virgin in a white tunic, girdled with a gold belt and small stars, also gold, all over the dress and the triangle-shaped sleeves trimmed with gold. She had a sapphire-colored mantle, lightly draped over her shoulders, on her head was a light transparent veil, her hair loose, splendidly arranged, and a gold crown ending in small crosses. On her left arm she held the Child JESUS. Never before I have seen the Blessed Virgin in this aspect. Then she looked at me with tenderness and said: I am the Mother of priests. Then she placed JESUS on the ground, raised her right hand towards heaven, and said: – Oh GOD, bless to Poland, bless the priests.” And again she addressed me: “Tell the priests what you have seen. (154) I decided to tell the Father [388] on the first occasion, but I could not understand anything of that kind. Vision…”. (Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska, Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 1585).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask for the Grace to always trust in the powerful intercession of the Mother of GOD of Mercy.

– Let us pray for the persecuted priests.

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Glorify the LORD with my life.

– Pray the Chaplet to the Divine Mercy.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy

– Try to do at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

“Oh my JESUS, how good it is to be on the cross, but with you. With you, my love, my soul is continually stretched out on the cross and is filled with bitterness.” Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!(cf. Diary, 1609).
