REFLECTION:

«At night a great longing took possession of my soul. I took the booklet these words escaped from my soul: JESUS, Eternal Love, for You I live, for You I die, and I want to be united with You.

Suddenly I saw the LORD in His inconceivable beauty who looked at me beni[275] with the image of Merciful JESUS and held it close to my heart and gnly and said:

– (233) My daughter, I too, out of love for you, have come down from heaven, for you I have lived, for you I have died and for you I have created the heavens.

And He hugged me to His Heart and told me:

– Soon; be calm, My daughter.

When I was left alone, my soul was inflamed with the desire to suffer until the moment when the LORD said: Enough. And even if I had to live thousands of years, in the light of GOD I see that it is only a moment» (Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska, Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 853).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask for the Grace to recognize that our LORD JESUS CHRIST loves us with an eternal love,

– Let us ask for the Grace to turn to the lord with confidence,

– Let us pray for the sick who have lost the joy of living,

– For our suffering humanity,

– For the souls in purgatory,

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary,

– For our Holy Catholic Church,

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Feel the embrace of the LORD and depend on his Mercy.

– Pray the chaplet to the Meditated Divine Mercy pdf,

– Respect the hour of Mercy,

– Try to do at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

FINAL PRAYER:

Oh most sweet JESUS that You have deigned to allow me to know this unfathomable Mercy of Yours; O most sweet JESUS, who benignly wanted me to speak to the whole world of this inconceivable Mercy of Yours, behold, today I take in my hands these two rays that sprouted from Your merciful Heart, that is, Blood and Water, and I pour them out over the entire face of the Earth so that every soul may experience Your Mercy and, upon experiencing it, adore It for infinite centuries. Oh sweetest Jesus in Your inconceivable goodness. You have deigned to unite my miserable heart to Your most merciful Heart, for then it is with Your own Heart that I adore our God the Father, as no soul has ever adored Him. Oh My Good Merciful Jesus, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS, I TRUST IN YOU! (cf. Diary 836).
