1-REFLECTION:

“(112) Today during the Holy Mass I saw Jesus, suffering as if dying on the cross, who told me: My daughter, meditate frequently on My sufferings that I suffered for you and nothing that you suffer for Me will seem great to you. It pleases Me more when you contemplate My painful Passion; unite your small sufferings to My painful Passion so that they acquire infinite value before My Majesty.

Today Jesus told me: Many times you call Me teacher. This is pleasing to My Heart, but do not forget, My student, that you are the student of a crucified teacher. Let this single word be enough for you. You know what is contained in the cross.” (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 1512-1513).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask the LORD for the Grace to recognize that the King of Mercy is our only Master.

– Let us ask for the Grace to meditate with our heart on the Passion of CHRIST and to always depend on His Mercy.

– Pray for those who suffer and who have lost hope.

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Approach the Merciful Master always with confidence.

– Pray the Meditated Divine Mercy Chaplet pdf.

– Respect the hour of Mercy.

– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

“Oh merciful LORD, You have showered me with these gifts solely out of Mercy; seeing that everything I have has been freely given to me, I adore Your inconceivable goodness with the deepest humility. LORD, amazement fills my heart [at the thought] that You, absolute LORD, do not need anyone and yet, out of pure love You thus humble yourself to us.” (Diary 1523).

Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!
