- REFLECTION:
“After Holy Communion.
I saw JESUS, as always, saying these words to me: Rest your head on My arm and rest and gain strength. I am always with you. Tell the friend of My Heart, tell Him, that I use such weak creatures to carry out My works. Afterwards my spirit was strengthened with a strange strength. Tell Him that I let Him know your weakness in confession, what you are for yourself.
Each struggle maintained with courage brings me joy and peace, light and experience, encouragement for the future, honor and glory to GOD and to me the final reward.” (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 498-499).
- SUPPLICATIONS:
– Let us ask for the Grace of knowing how to listen to the LORD with confidence and with our heart.
– Let us ask for the Grace to be obedient to the will of the LORD and to respond generously to His call.
– Let us pray the LORD for all priests.
– For our suffering humanity.
– For the souls in Purgatory.
– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.
– For our Holy Catholic Church.
– For our personal intentions.
- PURPOSE OF THE DAY:
– Collect strength in the merciful Heart of JESUS.
– Pray the Meditated Divine Mercy Chaplet pdf.
– Respect the Hour of Mercy.
– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.
- CLOSING PRAYER:
“Oh my JESUS, truly, I would not know how to live without You, my spirit has merged with Yours. No one will understand it well, first we must live from You to know You in others.” (Diary 503).
Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!
