REFLECTION:

“Love is a mystery that transforms everything it touches into things beautiful and pleasing to GOD. The love of GOD makes the soul free; it is like a queen who does not know the constraint of the slave, she undertakes everything with great freedom of soul, since that the love that lives in her is the stimulus to act. Everything that surrounds her makes her know that only GOD is worthy of her love. The soul in love with GOD and immersed in Him, goes to her duties with the same disposition with which she goes to Holy Communion and also performs the simplest actions with great care, under the loving gaze of GOD; she is not disturbed if over time something is less accomplished, she is calm because at the moment of acting she did what she It was in her power. When it happens that the living presence of GOD, which she enjoys almost continuously, leaves her, then she tries to live by living faith; her soul understands that there are moments of rest and moments of struggle. With the will she is always with GOD, her soul is like an officer trained in fighting, from afar she sees where the enemy is hiding and is prepared for (258) combat, she knows that she is not alone; God is her strength.” (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 890).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask for the Grace to do everything with love for the love of the LORD, for His glory and the good of souls.

– Let us ask for the Grace to increase our faith and trust in the LORD.

– Let us pray for those who beg for any love because they do not know the love of the LORD.

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Carry out the simplest actions with great care.

– Pray the Meditated Divine Mercy Chaplet pdf.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy.

– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

“Oh my JESUS, I understand well that my perfection does not consist in Your recommending that I perform these great works, oh no, the greatness of the soul does not consist in this, but in a great love for You. Oh JESUS, I understand deep down my soul that the greatest works cannot be compared with an act of pure love towards You. I desire to be faithful to You and fulfill Your desires and I apply my strength and intellect to fulfill everything You command me, oh LORD, but I have neither a shadow of attachment. I fulfill all this because this is your Will. All my love is completely drowned, not in your works but in Yourself, oh my Creator and LORD.” (Diary 984).

Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!
