REFLECTION:

“Today I made a day of spiritual retreat. When I was in the last sermon [297], the priest spoke about how much the world needs the Mercy of GOD: [that] these times seem exceptional, that humanity greatly needs the Mercy of GOD and of prayer. Then I heard a voice in my soul: Here are the words for you, do everything in your power in the work of My Mercy. I wish that My Mercy be venerated; I give to humanity the last table of salvation, that is, refuge in My Mercy. My heart rejoices in this Feast. After these words I understood that nothing can free me from this duty that the LORD demands of me.” (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 998).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask the LORD for the Grace to make our mission to spread devotion to Divine Mercy.

– Let us ask the LORD for the Grace to be attentive to everything that He communicates to us in the mouths of His representatives (priests).

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

-Commit to living as an Ambassador of Divine Mercy.

– Pray the Meditated Divine Mercy Chaplet pdf.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy,

– Try to do at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

“Oh my JESUS, only You know what my heart is experiencing. Oh my Strength, You can do everything; and although I expose myself to great suffering, I will always remain faithful to You because a particular Grace of Yours sustains me. (cf. Diary 1071)

Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!
