- REFLEXIÓN:
“Double warning to prepare myself for the sufferings that awaited me [in] Warsaw; the first warning was internal, through a voice, heard, the second was during the Holy Mass. Before the elevation I saw JESUS crucified who told me: – Prepare yourself for suffering. I thanked the LORD for this Grace of having warned me and I told the LORD that, – surely I will not suffer more than You, my Savior. However, I took it to heart and strengthened myself with prayer and with small sufferings to be able to endure greater ones when they arrived”. (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my Soul, Diary, 488).
- SUPPLICATIONS:
– Ask for the Grace to be attentive to the warnings of the King of Mercy in our lives.
– Let us pray for those who have lost hope during their sufferings, so that they trust in the LORD, who has the last word.
– For our suffering humanity.
– For the souls in Purgatory.
– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.
– For our Holy Catholic Church.
– For our personal intentions.
- PURPOSE OF THE DAY:
– Pay attention to the inner Voice.
– Pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.
– Respect the Hour of Mercy.
– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.
- CLOSING PRAYER:
“+ Oh, if the suffering soul knew how much GOD loves it, it would die of joy and excess of happiness. One day, we will know the value of suffering, but then we will no longer be able to suffer. The present moment is ours.” (cf. Diary 963).
Oh my good merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!
