REFLECTION:

When I asked JESUS for forgiveness for an action of mine that soon after turned out to be imperfect, JESUS reassured me with these words: My daughter, I reward you for the purity of the intention that you had (141) at the moment of acting. My Heart has been glad that at the moment of acting you have kept My love in mind and this in such an evident way; even now you take advantage of it, and it is humiliation. Yes, My child, I wish that you always have a purity of intention in your smallest initiatives. (Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 1566).

2.SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask the LORD for the Grace to let ourselves be guided by the Light of the Holy Spirit.

– Let us pray for all those who are under the influence of the evil one.

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Do a work of Mercy with the purpose of consoling the Heart of the King of Mercy.

– Pray the Chaplet to Divine Mercy.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy.

– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

Oh Merciful GOD, You do not despise us, but You continually fill us with Your Graces, You make us worthy of Your kingdom and in Your goodness You fill with men the places abandoned by the ungrateful angels. Oh GOD of great Mercy, who has turned away Your holy sight from the rebellious angels directing it to the repentant man (10), be honor and glory to Your unfathomable Mercy, oh GOD who does not despise the humble heart Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU! (cf. Diary, 1339).
