  1. REFLECTION:

And when I rested next to his sweet Heart, I told him: – JESUS, I have so many things to tell you! And the LORD told me with great sweetness:    – Speak, My daughter. And I began to express the sufferings of my heart, namely: that I am very concerned about all humanity, that not everyone knows you and those who know you do not love you as you deserve to be loved. Furthermore, I see that sinners offend You terribly and I also see the great oppression and persecution of the faithful, especially your servants, and even more so I see many souls that blindly plunge into the terrible infernal abyss. You see, Oh JESUS, this is the pain that penetrates my heart and my bones, and although you give me the gift of Your singular love and flood my heart with the torrents of Your joy, this does not attenuate the sufferings that I have just mentioned, but that rather penetrate (281) my poor heart in a livelier way. Oh, how ardent is my desire that all humanity return with confidence to Your Mercy; then my heart will be relieved seeing the Glory of Your name. JESUS listened to this outpouring of my heart with attention and interest, as if he knew nothing and almost hiding the knowledge of those things from me, so I felt freer to speak. And the LORD told me: My daughter, the words of your heart are pleasing to Me and by praying this Chaplet you bring humanity closer to Me. After these words I found myself alone, but the Presence of God is always in my soul”. (Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 929).
