- REFLECTION:
Despite being sick, I decided to do the Holy Hour today, as usual. At this hour I saw JESUS scourged next to the column. During this terrible torment JESUS prayed and a moment later He told me: There are few souls who contemplate My Passion with true feeling; To the souls who devoutly meditate on My Passion, I grant the greatest number of Graces. (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 737).
- SUPPLICATIONS:
– Let us ask for the Grace to approach the King of Mercy with sincere devotion.
– Let us pray for the pagans and for the enemies of peace.
– For our suffering humanity.
– For the souls in Purgatory.
-For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.
– For our Holy Catholic Church.
– For our personal intentions.
- PURPOSE OF THE DAY:
– Do an hour of meditation on the Passion of CHRIST.
– Pray the Chaplet to the Divine Mercy.
– Respect the Hour of Mercy.
– Seek to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.
CLOSING PRAYER:
Oh Savior of the world, I join Your Mercy. Oh my JESUS, I unite all my sufferings to Yours and deposit them in the treasury of the Church for the benefit of souls. (Diary, 740).
Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS, I TRUST IN YOU!
