REFLECTION:

“(59) + 1 V [1938]. Tonight JESUS said to me: – My daughter, do not you lack anything? I answered: – Oh my Love, when I have You, I have everything. And the LORD in turn answered: – If the souls were totally abandoned to Me, I Myself would oversee sanctifying them and filling them with even greater Graces. There are souls who frustrate My efforts, but I do not become discouraged; Whenever they turn to Me, I rush to help them, protecting them with My Mercy and giving them first place in My compassionate Heart”. (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 1682).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask for the Grace to long for holiness and allow myself to be sanctified by the King of Mercy.

– Let us pray for those who consider GOD their enemy and who are slaves to pride and evil, so that they allow themselves to be touched by the Grace of the LORD.

– Let us pray for the sick who have lost hope.

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Take refuge in the Compassionate Heart of the King of Mercy.

– Pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy.

– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

“Eternal love, pure flame, burns incessantly in my heart and divinizes my entire being according to Your eternal plan by which You have called me into existence and to participate in Your eternal happiness…” (cf. Diary 1523).

Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST YOU!
