REFLECTION:

“(136) Sometimes, after Holy Communion, I feel the presence of GOD in a particular, sensitive way. I feel that GOD is in my heart. And the fact that I feel GOD in my soul does not prevent me from fulfilling my tasks at all. Even when I carry out the most important matters that require attention, I do not lose the presence of GOD in my soul and remain closely united to Him.

With Him I go to work, with Him I go to recreation, with Him I suffer, with Him I enjoy, I live in Him, and He lives in me. I am never alone since He is my permanent companion. I feel his presence at every moment. Our familiarity is close because of the union of blood and life” (Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska, Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 318).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask for the Grace to grow in the holy fear of the name of GOD,

– Let us pray for all the people who have an impediment to approach Holy Communion, so that they do not feel abandoned by the King of Mercy and that they always trust in His Mercy,

– Let us pray for all those consecrated to Divine Mercy, so that they may be true ambassadors of the King of Mercy in this restless world,

– Let us ask the LORD to have Mercy on our suffering humanity and for an end to the spread of COVID-19 throughout the world.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

Being obedient to the fulfillment of the sacred commandments, with the purpose of always pleasing the LORD

– Pray the chaplet to the Meditated Divine Mercy pdf.

– Respect the hour of Mercy.

– Try to do at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

PRAYER:

From the bottom of my heart, I thank You, dear LORD [and King of Mercy], for Your infinite goodness in coming to me. How good You are to me! Together with Your Holy Mother and all the Angels, I praise You for Your generosity towards me, a poor sinner. I thank You for feeding my soul with Your Sacred Body and Precious Blood.

I will try to show you my gratitude in the Sacrament of Your love, obeying Your Sacred Commandments, and being faithful to my duties, kind to my neighbor and seriously trying to be like You in my daily conduct. [1] Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You, I hope. AMEN.
