REFLECTION:

(154) + On a certain occasion JESUS made me know that when I pray for some intention that is sometimes recommended to me, He is always ready to grant His Graces, but souls do not always want to accept them. My Heart is full of great Mercy for souls and especially for poor sinners. Oh, if they could understand that I am the best Father for them, that for the Blood and Water have flowed from My Heart as from an overflowing fountain of Mercy; for them I live in the Tabernacle; as King of Mercy I wish to fill souls with Graces, but they do not want to accept them. At least you come to Me as often as possible and take these Graces that they do not want to accept and with this you will console My Heart. Oh, how great is the indifference of souls for so much goodness, for so many proofs of love. My Heart is rewarded only with ingratitude, with forgetfulness on the part of the souls that live in the world. They have time for everything, they just do not have time to come to Me to receive the Graces… (Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 367).

2.SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask the LORD for the Grace to always collaborate for good.

– Let us beg the Mercy of the Lord for those who are under the influence of the evil one.

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Console the Heart of JESUS by doing works of Mercy.

– Pray the Chaplet to the Divine Mercy.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy.

– Try to do at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

Oh JESUS, stretched out on the cross, I beg You, grant me the Grace to faithfully comply with the Most Holy Will of Your FATHER, in all things, always and everywhere. And when this will of GOD seems heavy and difficult to fulfill, it is then that I beg You, JESUS, that strength and strength flow upon me from Your wounds and that my lips repeat: Your will be done, LORD. Oh Savior of the world, lover of human salvation, [You] who, amid terrible torments and pain, forgot Yourself to think about the salvation of souls, most compassionate JESUS, grant me the Grace to forget myself so that I can live totally for souls, helping You in the work of salvation, according to the Most Holy Will of Your FATHER. Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST YOU! (cf. Diary, 1265).
