1.REFLECTION:

29 XI [1936]. The Blessed Virgin has taught me how I should prepare for the feast of the NATIVITY OF THE LORD. I have seen her today without the Child Jesus; She told me:

– My daughter, try to be meek and humble so that JESUS who lives continually in your heart can rest. Worship him in your heart, do not come out of your interior.

– I will obtain for you, my daughter, the Grace of this type of interior life, so that, without abandoning your interior, you fulfill all your duties with greater application on the outside. Stay continually with Him in your heart. He will be your strength. Maintain contact with the creatures if the need (191) and the duties demand it. You are a pleasant dwelling for the living GOD, in which He continually remains with love and complacency, and the living presence of GOD, which you feel in a more vivid and evident way, will confirm you, my daughter, in what I have said. Try to behave like this until Christmas Day, and then He Himself will let you know how you should deal with Him and unite with Him. 2.SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask for the Grace to closely follow the advice of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Let us ask for the grace to achieve its main virtues.

– Let us pray for the children of the whole world who live in conditions of extreme poverty.

– Let us ask the LORD for families to be a true School of Mercy and a dignified home for the CHILD JESUS.

For our suffering humanity.
For the souls in Purgatory.
For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.
For our Holy Catholic Church.
For our personal intentions.

3. PURPOSES OF THE DAY:

Approach the celebration of the Nativity of the CHILD JESUS in grace and with a grateful heart.

– Pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy.

– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

4. PRAYER:

Oh Eternal Light that You come to this earth, enlighten my mind and strengthen my will so that I do not stop in moments of difficult trials! May Your light dispel every shadow of doubt, may Your Omnipotence work through me. In You I trust, oh uncreated Light, You, oh CHILD JESUS, are my example in the fulfillment of the will of Your Father. You, who said: I come to fulfill Your will, make me also (216) faithfully comply in everything, the God’s will. Oh Divine Child, grant me this Grace. Oh My Good Merciful Jesus, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen (Cf. Diary, 830).
