1-REFLECTION:

“(140) When I entered the Chapel for a moment the LORD told me: – My daughter, help me save a dying sinner; pray for him this Chaplet that I have taught you. As I began to pray the Chaplet, I saw that dying man amidst terrible torments and struggles. The Guardian Angel defended him, but he was as if powerless against the great misery of that soul; a multitude of demons were waiting for that soul. While I was praying the Chaplet, I saw JESUS just as He is painted in the image. The rays that came out of the Heart of JESUS enveloped the sick man and the forces of darkness “They fled in panic. The patient died peacefully. When I came to, I understood the importance of this Chaplet prayed with the dying; it appeases the wrath of GOD.” (Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, The Divine Mercy in my soul, Diary, 1565).

SUPPLICATIONS:

– Let us ask for the Grace to trust in the promises of the LORD.

– Let us pray the LORD for the dying and for the souls in purgatory.

– Let us pray the LORD for those who fight for their own conversion.

– For our suffering humanity.

– For the souls in Purgatory.

– For the intentions of the Virgin Mary.

– For our Holy Catholic Church.

– For our personal intentions.

PURPOSE OF THE DAY:

– Pay attention to the advice of the LORD.

– Pray the Meditated Divine Mercy Chaplet pdf.

– Respect the Hour of Mercy.

– Try to carry out at least one work of Mercy throughout the day.

CLOSING PRAYER:

PRAYER OF A SOUL THAT LETS ITSELF BE SUPPORTED BY THE LORD (Saint Faustina)

Oh JESUS, give me strength and wisdom to cross this terrifying jungle, so that my heart knows how to patiently endure the ardent desire for You, oh my LORD. I always remain in sacred amazement when I feel that YOU are approaching me. You, the Sovereign of the terrible throne, go down to miserable exile and come to a poor beggar who has nothing but misery; I do not know how to host You, oh my Prince, but You know that I love You with every beat of my heart. I see Your humiliation, yet Your Majesty does not diminish (255) in my eyes. I know that you love me with the love of a husband and that is enough for me, even though a great abyss separates us, because You are the CREATOR, and I am Your creature. But love is the only explanation of our union, outside of it everything is inconceivable; Only with love can we understand the inconceivable familiarity with which you treat me. Oh JESUS, Your greatness frightens me, and I would remain in continuous amazement and fear if You Yourself did not reassure me; You make me capable of dealing with You always before approaching You.” (cf. Diary 885).

Oh My Good Merciful JESUS, King of Mercy, I trust in You and only in You I hope. Amen. JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!
